Lactee Online Store Regulations
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Lactee online store (hereinafter the “Store”), available at www.lactee.pl, is operated by Lactee Laboratories Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Skarżysko-Kamienna, ul. Paryska 153, NIP: 663-188-1013, REGON: 386982047.
1.2. The Lactee online store specializes in the sale of cosmetics, dietary supplements, and other health-related products.
1.3. These regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, processing transactions, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
1.4. Using the Store’s services constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

2. Definitions
2.1. Client – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making purchases through the Store.
2.2. Consumer – a natural person making purchases in the Store for purposes not related to business or professional activity.
2.3. Store – the online service available at www.lactee.pl, through which the Client may place orders.
2.4. Goods – products offered by the Store, including cosmetics, dietary supplements, and other body care items.
2.5. Order – a declaration of intent submitted by the Client via the order form for the purpose of concluding a sales contract with Lactee.
2.6. Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Client and Lactee, under which Lactee undertakes to deliver the Goods, and the Client undertakes to pay for them.
3. Purchase Conditions
3.1. To place an order, the Client must create an account in the Store or place an order as a guest.
3.2. The Client is required to provide truthful personal data necessary for order processing, including delivery address and contact information.
3.3. The Store reserves the right to verify the Client’s data and refuse order processing if false information is provided.
3.4. The Client makes a purchase by selecting the Goods, method of payment, and delivery option. They then place the order and await confirmation from the Store.
3.5. The order is accepted for processing after the Store confirms the availability of the Goods and the Client accepts the order conditions.
4. Prices of Goods
4.1. All prices of Goods in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
4.2. Prices may change, but such changes do not affect orders already placed.
4.3. Delivery costs are added to the order, and the Client will be informed of these before purchase.
4.4. In the case of pricing errors (e.g., system error), the Store reserves the right to cancel the order or contact the Client for clarification.
5. Payments
5.1. The Client may pay for the Goods using one of the following methods:
- bank transfer (standard or online),
- credit or debit card,
- online payment systems.
5.2. Payment should be made immediately after placing the order.
5.3. If payment is not made within 3 business days from the date of placing the order, the Store reserves the right to cancel the order.
6. Shipping of Goods
6.1. The Store ships orders within Poland and selected European countries.
6.2. Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method and destination and will be provided to the Client before purchase.
6.3. The Store processes shipments within 1–3 business days from the moment the payment is registered, unless a different processing time is indicated in the product description.
6.4. Shipments are delivered via courier companies and parcel lockers.
6.5. The Client is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of visible external damage, a damage report should be completed in the presence of the courier.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, in accordance with consumer rights regulations.
7.2. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer receives the Goods.
7.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Store by sending a statement to: kontakt@lactee.pl or using the withdrawal form available on the Store’s website.
7.4. The Consumer must return the Goods within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract. The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Consumer.
7.5. The Goods must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
7.6. The Store will refund the Consumer for all payments received (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.
8. Complaints and Warranty
8.1. If the Goods are defective or inconsistent with the contract, the Client has the right to file a complaint at: reklamacje@lactee.pl.
8.2. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
8.3. If the complaint is accepted, the Goods will be replaced with new ones or the Client will receive a refund.
8.4. A complaint should include the Client’s contact details, order number, and a description of the defect.
9. Personal Data Protection
9.1. The administrator of Clients’ personal data is Lactee Laboratories Sp. z o.o.
9.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and marketing, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
9.3. The Client has the right to access, correct, delete, or request limitation of the processing of their personal data.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. The Store reserves the right to amend these regulations. Any changes will be published on the Store’s website and become effective upon publication.
10.2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of civil law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
