Lactee Online Store Regulations

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Lactee online store (hereinafter the “Store”), available at www.lactee.pl, is operated by Lactee Laboratories Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Skarżysko-Kamienna, ul. Paryska 153, NIP: 663-188-1013, REGON: 386982047.

1.2. The Lactee online store specializes in the sale of cosmetics, dietary supplements, and other health-related products.

1.3. These regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, processing transactions, and the rights and obligations of both parties.

1.4. Using the Store’s services constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

2. Definitions

2.1. Client – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making purchases through the Store.

2.2. Consumer – a natural person making purchases in the Store for purposes not related to business or professional activity.

2.3. Store – the online service available at www.lactee.pl, through which the Client may place orders.

2.4. Goods – products offered by the Store, including cosmetics, dietary supplements, and other body care items.

2.5. Order – a declaration of intent submitted by the Client via the order form for the purpose of concluding a sales contract with Lactee.

2.6. Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Client and Lactee, under which Lactee undertakes to deliver the Goods, and the Client undertakes to pay for them.

3. Purchase Conditions

3.1. To place an order, the Client must create an account in the Store or place an order as a guest.

3.2. The Client is required to provide truthful personal data necessary for order processing, including delivery address and contact information.

3.3. The Store reserves the right to verify the Client’s data and refuse order processing if false information is provided.

3.4. The Client makes a purchase by selecting the Goods, method of payment, and delivery option. They then place the order and await confirmation from the Store.

3.5. The order is accepted for processing after the Store confirms the availability of the Goods and the Client accepts the order conditions.

4. Prices of Goods

4.1. All prices of Goods in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).

4.2. Prices may change, but such changes do not affect orders already placed.

4.3. Delivery costs are added to the order, and the Client will be informed of these before purchase.

4.4. In the case of pricing errors (e.g., system error), the Store reserves the right to cancel the order or contact the Client for clarification.

5. Payments

5.1. The Client may pay for the Goods using one of the following methods:

  • bank transfer (standard or online),
  • credit or debit card,
  • online payment systems.

5.2. Payment should be made immediately after placing the order.

5.3. If payment is not made within 3 business days from the date of placing the order, the Store reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Shipping of Goods

6.1. The Store ships orders within Poland and selected European countries.

6.2. Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method and destination and will be provided to the Client before purchase.

6.3. The Store processes shipments within 1–3 business days from the moment the payment is registered, unless a different processing time is indicated in the product description.

6.4. Shipments are delivered via courier companies and parcel lockers.

6.5. The Client is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of visible external damage, a damage report should be completed in the presence of the courier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, in accordance with consumer rights regulations.

7.2. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer receives the Goods.

7.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Store by sending a statement to: kontakt@lactee.pl or using the withdrawal form available on the Store’s website.

7.4. The Consumer must return the Goods within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract. The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Consumer.

7.5. The Goods must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

7.6. The Store will refund the Consumer for all payments received (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.

8. Complaints and Warranty

8.1. If the Goods are defective or inconsistent with the contract, the Client has the right to file a complaint at: reklamacje@lactee.pl.

8.2. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

8.3. If the complaint is accepted, the Goods will be replaced with new ones or the Client will receive a refund.

8.4. A complaint should include the Client’s contact details, order number, and a description of the defect.

9. Personal Data Protection

9.1. The administrator of Clients’ personal data is Lactee Laboratories Sp. z o.o.

9.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and marketing, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.

9.3. The Client has the right to access, correct, delete, or request limitation of the processing of their personal data.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. The Store reserves the right to amend these regulations. Any changes will be published on the Store’s website and become effective upon publication.

10.2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of civil law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

Terms and Conditions of the “Mother’s Day with Lactee” Promotion for Lactee Laboratories Cosmetics

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The organizer of the promotional campaign entitled “Free Product” concerning Lactee brand cosmetics, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”, is Lactee Laboratories Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Paryska 153, 26-110 Skarżysko-Kamienna, Poland, VAT No. 6631881013, KRS No. 0000858349 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
  2. The Promotion is valid from 08.05.2026 until 26.05.2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. These Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are available on the Organizer’s website at: www.lactee.pl

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

  1. Any natural person residing within the territory of the Republic of Poland who meets the requirements specified in these Terms may participate in the Promotion.
  2. The Promotion applies to consumers within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code.
  3. Each Participant may use the Promotion only once.
  4. The Promotion applies to Lactee brand products from the regular offer (the list is included in Appendix No. 1 to these Terms). Products covered by the Promotion are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Products” or individually as a “Product”, depending on the context.
  5. During the Promotion Period, the prices specified in the Organizer’s current price list shall apply.
  6. The Promotion applies to purchases with a minimum value of PLN 300.
  7. After making purchases of at least PLN 300, the Participant will receive a Syndet – Probiotic Body Cleansing Emulsion free of charge. After making purchases of at least PLN 600, the Participant will receive a Lactee Probiotic Face Serum free of charge.
  8. The Promotion is valid while stocks last, and participation is voluntary.
  9. The Promotion is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland and is available on the website: www.lactee.pl
  10. The Promotion applies exclusively to all products available on the Organizer’s website.
  11. During the Promotion Period, the order shipping time may be extended up to 14 business days.

§3 COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

  1. Complaints regarding products purchased during the Promotion should be submitted in accordance with the applicable Complaints and Returns Policy.
  2. Complaints submitted to an incorrect address or after 14 days may be rejected or their processing time may be extended.

§4 FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms constitute the only document specifying the rules of the Promotion. Any content included in advertising and promotional materials relating to the Promotion is for informational purposes only.
  2. The Organizer informs Participants of the absolute prohibition on the resale of professional cosmetics.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the quantity of accounted products due to the possibility of stocks being exhausted earlier.
  4. These Terms are available at the Organizer’s registered office and on the website: www.lactee.pl. Any other information related to the Promotion is for informational or instructional purposes only.
  5. By joining the Promotion, the Participant should read these Terms.
  6. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  7. The provisions of these Terms do not infringe or limit the right to file complaints or any other rights arising from generally applicable law.
  8. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the relevant provisions of law shall apply.
  9. Disputes relating to and arising from the Promotion shall be resolved by the competent common court having jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.
  10. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules of the Promotion during its duration.
  11. These Terms enter into force on 08.05.2026.

§5 INFORMATION CLAUSE

Pursuant to the GDPR provisions (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), we inform you that:

  1. The controller of personal data is Lactee Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Paryska 153, 26-110 Skarżysko-Kamienna, Poland, VAT No. 6631881013, KRS No. 0000858349.
  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of organizing the promotional campaign. Processing is based on consent expressed by participation in the campaign.
  3. Recipients of personal data may include entities authorized to process such data under applicable law, as well as entities cooperating with the Controller for the purpose of achieving specific processing objectives.
  4. Participants’ personal data will be stored until the end of the campaign, except for posts published on the Organizer’s social media profiles, including Facebook and Instagram.
  5. Participants have the right to access their personal data, rectify it, request deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to participate in the promotional campaign.
  7. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
  8. If consent for processing personal data for marketing purposes has been granted, Participants have the right to withdraw such consent at any time.

  10. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner.
