Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus B/00379 – a unique strain from mother’s milk
B/00379 is a unique probiotic strain isolated from mother’s milk.
Natural, effective, and safe — it supports the protective barrier of the skin and the body. This groundbreaking discovery makes it possible to benefit from the nurturing properties of mother’s milk even in adulthood. It supports immunity, soothes inflammation, and helps maintain a healthy skin and gut microbiome.

How was the idea born?
Mother’s milk is the first natural probiotic, supporting a child’s immunity and development from the very first days of life. At Lactee Laboratories, we decided to bring its unique properties into modern skincare and microbiome support. Our goal was to create a solution that is not only effective but also gentle and aligned with human biology. That’s why we turned to the purest source — nature.
Over 2000 strains,
one exceptional
After 6 years of intensive research on thousands of probiotic strains, we selected the one — Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus B/00379. This strain adapts perfectly to conditions within the human body, shows no antibiotic resistance, and actively supports the skin’s natural protective barrier. Thanks to advanced technology, its full biological activity has been preserved.

Effectiveness scientifically proven
Our unique strain has demonstrated scientifically proven protective effects on the body’s microflora. It reduces more than 80% of pathogens, supporting natural defense mechanisms in areas such as the skin, urogenital tract, and digestive system. Its action also includes stabilizing the microbiome under conditions of stress, weakened immunity, or bacterial imbalance.
Each of our cosmetics undergoes in vitro testing on 3D skin models, as well as in vitro studies in accredited laboratories (application studies on volunteers).
Research
Behind every formula lies a process — from the selection of ingredients to laboratory confirmation of their effects. We draw on the latest scientific knowledge and conduct tests that allow us to assess the real impact of our formulas on the human body. This gives us the certainty that we offer products that are effective, safe, and aligned with human physiology.
The probiotic strain L.rhamnosus B00379 was subjected to full genome sequencing at the Biobank of the University of Łódź and MALDI sequencing at the Department of Immunology of Infectious Diseases, Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy PAS (Polish Collection of Microorganisms) for identification purposes. Thanks to cooperation with the IBB PAS in Warsaw, we also analyzed the fluid obtained after probiotic bacteria cultivation to determine the quantity and quality of bacterial metabolites. The bacteria secrete antimicrobial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory compounds, as well as vitamins and peptides, which positively influence the quality and effectiveness of our cosmetics.
